Hi everyone,
We are happy to report Barry had a CT scan earlier this week and the results were stable. Our oncologist at Johns Hopkins is pleasantly surprised there has been no new growth or spread since chemotherapy was stopped in July. Our plan is to continue working with a team of Integrative doctors and nutritionists to help overcome and manage symptoms.
In other news, Barry made it through the 2022 AU volleyball season despite lots of ups and downs. Provided he’s up for it, our family will be traveling to Omaha, Nebraska to be together during the volleyball Final Four in a couple weeks.
It is difficult to express just how special your letters, words of encouragement, and visits to see us this past fall have been. We are grateful for your love & support and most important, appreciate your continued prayers!
Liberty Elite's thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. Barry, our kids that graduated last year and soon to graduate kids still talk about you. You worked with them when they were in 4th - 8th grade. They are all thinking about you as well!!!
