I woke up this morning with the thought that you reap what you sow. Immediately my thoughts were — wow, I can’t even imagine how many seeds Barry must sow!

Barry, I can't thank you enough for how you've inspired me over the years. As a young volleyball player, I'll never forget the energy and care you poured into me…and the miraculous thing is you didn't just do that for me you did that to everyone around you. Your energy was and is infectious and you have a passion about you that is contagious. You taught me that people matter above any other goal we have to accomplish. That has stuck with me as I lead an organization and strive to care for those I work with each day. Thank you for teaching me more than just volleyball, thank you for teaching me how to love those around me. Praying as you and your family navigate this season. May the peace that surpasses all understanding surround you.

Daily , every practice , every game , after every moment- you Barry was present and engaged with my daughter, Heather. You were a blessing to her- life long and a blessing to every player to be on your team.
Grateful for you in the volleyball world yet more important the humanity world. So grateful to have you in our lives. Feel loved and the comfort of the Lord. May Gods peace be with you and your family during this time. Appreciative love for who you are.

As you already know, I think of you all the time, and am so happy you could join me at my table in Omaha. Also, as you know, whenever I gear certain 80's tunes I have a clear vision of you seeing these along with the song. Today was Pretenders " Back on the chain gang" with you chiming in as only you can do with the the oooh, ahhh part , and the other was " I wear my sunglasses at night " Hope this makes you smile, it made me smile for sure

Hi Coach and Bonnie! We are here in snowy upstate New York thinking about you and your family. We are so proud of the accomplishments you have made since our involvement with the program many years ago. We will forever be fans and can't wait to visit the Barry Goldberg Court!
