The Stewarts are sending all of our love to you Barry! Your trasnformative and positive impact on young girls playing volleyball in this area is incalcuable. At Paramount practice last week, I was looking around Cassels at a packed gym of aspiring volleyball players thinking that a huge part of the positive energy in the gym is b/c of you and Bonnie. Barry We are praying for your recovery. God's word assures us....and I know this has been said a lot lately...but still true.... That He causes all things to work together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Well...what is His purpose??? In the beginning He said "Let Us make man in our image"..... then He said "be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth." His purpose has always been to fill the earth with His image. Since Jesus is the "Image of the invisible God" and we are being conformed into His image....He is using us to reveal Himself to the world. And he has and is using you for this purpose. You have always been an example of revealing Jesus to others. Your joyful spirit and natural, peaceful communication of the gospel have always encouraged me. Any time I was with you I would think, ' I want to spend more time with this guy'.
I love you brother and will write more later. In the meantime we are in the work of making disciple makers here in central Ohio while you and Bonnie are still in the same business there.

I am so sorry to hear about your health news. I pray that the doctors can find a treatment that works for your diagnosis.

I wanted you to know that I still remember the talk you had with me over 30 years ago when I was in high school and playing for Capital Volleyball Club. Your motivation and words of encouragement gave me the confidence I needed to play at the level that I did through high school and at Pepperdine University. I also loved playing against your team when I joined an adult league after coming back to the area. Now my niece is involved in volleyball and your "famous" tournament is the talk of the volleyball community. You have made such a difference in so many lives, and you have a lot of people praying for you. Thank you for keeping all of us posted.
